I’ve had challenges with high blood pressure, but after my initial visit with Kutendo Health, I was much informed on how blood pressure works and what I can do to have it at the optimal level. Carolyn took the time to listen to my concerns and develop a plan for me. I am very grateful for her knowledge and expertise. Carolyn saw my children first to establish care and have a physical checkup. She was patient and treated my kids with respect. After that, I made an appointment with her for myself. I have been seeing a functional provider for several years, but Carolyn is the first one to spend adequate time with me to go over my health history, talk about a plan of action, and to check me out. She was sweet and sincere. I have Hashimotos thyroiditis and she made me feel like we are on the same side of complete healing. I was counted as an active participant in the conversation and plans for my health. I sent her my previous lab work and thermography report, and she was well prepared for my appointment. This is the most encouraged I have felt about my health in a long time, and I'm so thankful she is in our community. 

Carolyn is very thorough, taking her time to understand my symptoms, concerns, and needs. I also love her alternative approaches to health rather than simply writing a prescription. She is very knowledgeable on women’s health issues and I know I am well cared for at her practice!
